Claiming of transportation

How to claim shipments:

If the goods show signs of external damage, we recommend to unwrap the shipment immediately in the presence of the forwarding agent, and make a written record of the damage of the shipment on the proof of receipt. If there is no written record on the proof of receipt, this document serves as an evidence of delivery of the shipment in proper condition. In case of external damage accept the shipment only if you make sure the content is not damaged! Never accept damaged goods! Later claims for damaged shipments by the carrier can be problematic!
