Cash on delivery

Payment is in cash upon receipt of goods and invoice from the forwarding agent. Possible only for the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Cash on collection

It is possible to pay for the goods upon personal collection at the address of the company: Světlogorská 2771/3, 39005 Tábor.

Bank transfer upon pro forma invoice – in advance

You make payment to our account based on the issued pro forma invoice. When your payment has been credited to the account, the goods are immediately dispatched. If the payment of the pro forma invoice is not made at maturity, your order is cancelled. The invoice is issued after the payment.

When accepting credit cards, we use the 3D-Secure Payment solution – an application of the card associations MasterCard and VISA, which enables secure card payments on the internet.

How do you pay by credit card?

If you choose this option, you will be redirected to the payment gateway Pay MUZO of the company Global Payments Europe, Inc. Here you enter the credit card number, the expiry date and the three/digit code CVV2/CVC2 from the back side of your card. Your credit card information is completely safe – as it is entered only to the payment gateway Pay MUZO, you do not have to worry about any abuse of the card data. You will be informed about the result of your payment on the next page (e.g. “Online payment of the order no. xxxx was successfully completed.”). .

If the bank does not authorize your card, it can be for the following reasons:

• Details of the credit card were not correctly completed
• You do not have enough funds on your account, or you have already exhausted the limit for internet transactions
• Credit card use is not permitted for internet transactions, it is necessary to turn directly to your bank
• The presence of logos Verified by VISA of the card association VISA, and MasterCard Secure Code of the card association MasterCard ensures secure payment on www.avchannel.eu

PayPal is the most known worldwide online payment system. The seller and the buyer does not share between them sensitive information on payment cards. Payments are secured; trader does not receive from the system any sensitive payment details about payer. Do not worry about your credit card abuse. After completing your order you will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway where you make payment.

If your payment fails, the reason may be as follows:

• You do not have enough funds on your credit account.
• Information on the payment gateway has not been entered correctly.
• There was a technical problem, repeat the payment later.
