Dear customers,
in this section you can find relevant information and procedures, which will help to guide you through the complaint process of our company.

When submitting an online complaint in the internet shop, you significantly diminish the time of its settlement.

If you do not submit your complaint online, e.g. due to a single registration, please, always indicate the following data for the claimed goods:

  • the number of the sales document (of an invoice or a delivery note) to avoid potential discrepancies with the duration of the guarantee
  • the most accurate description of the defect, or configuration where the defect has shown
  • name, contact for the given complaint (phone, e-mail) in case of additional consultation
  • full address where the claimed goods should be returned after complaint resolution Defective goods which meet the given warranty conditions can be claimed under the Rules of Complaint.
  • Personally, at the address of our company
  • By post, courier, transport service.

Your complaint will be accepted under an RMA number, which will allow you to monitor the complaint procedure on the internet shop website HERE, or to get information about it by e-mail or online customer support.

The mechanically damaged goods are not covered by the guarantee, and the goods cannot be claimed.
Details of requirements for valid warranty can be found in the Rules of Complaint as amended.

Return of the goods

If the contract was concluded by means of communication at a distance (in the internet shop), the consumer has the right according to § 53 section 7 of the Civil Code to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the takeover of performance (goods delivery). If you choose to exercise this right, it is necessary to proceed as follows:

  1. Inform the seller of his/her intention to withdraw from the contract, preferably by e-mail or in writing to the address of the company, where you indicate:

    • your name, address, phone, e-mail
    • number of the invoice, or of the delivery note
    • account number, where should the refund for the goods be transferred

    Withdrawal from the contract must be delivered latest 14th day from the date of reception of the good (delivery of the good to the buyer).
  2. Returned goods must be complete, including accessories and documents supplied (manual, warranty card, etc.), intact, without signs of wear, preferably in the original undamaged packaging. The control seal (control point) for products like projector lamps must be intact on product packaging, otherwise the goods may not be taken back.

  4. Upon receipt of returned goods, a credit note will be sent to you within 5 days at the latest, which you will return signed to our address. You will receive your money back within 30 days at the latest from withdrawal from the contract. The seller is entitled only to reimbursement of the actual costs associated with return of goods.

  5. Withrawal of the contract. If the condition no. 1 is not met, there is no effective withdrawal from the contract. When the condition no. 2 is not met, your withdrawal is effective, but the seller is entitled to lower the reimbursed amount by the resulting reduction of the returned product value (goods is damaged, incomplete etc., costs for examination of its state).

Excluding cases in which withdrawal from the contract is expressly agreed upon, the consumer cannot withdraw from contracts:

  1. for provision of services, if their implementation was started with his/her consent before expiry of the period of 14 days from the takeover of performance,

  2. for delivery of goods adjusted according to the wish of the customer or for him/her personally, as well as for goods subject to perish, wear and tear, or obsolescence
